Eddie Lee Selvage

Eddie L. Selvage, 72, passed away on January 22, 2006 at Serenity Gate Hospice. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088.

Mr. Selvage was born on August 25, 1933 in Letcher County, Kentucky. He was retired from General Motors where he worked as a UAW National Committeeman. After twenty years of employment with the Sheriff’s Department in Genessee, Michigan, he retired as Captain. Mr. Selvage served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict, where he received the Bronze Star V (Valor) and the Purple Heart medal. He was a member of VFW, American Legion, and Mason. His parents, Ford Selvage and Lola Selvage, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Nina Faye Selvage, Warner Robins; brothers, Jerry Selvage, Michigan; Gary Selvage, Virginia; Jeffrey Selvage, Tennessee; sisters, Judy, Virginia; Gertrude Pasley, Kentucky; step-children; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
