Elaine Marlyn Holt

Elaine Marlyn Holt joined her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in Heaven on Monday, December 21, 2020. She was 82 years old.

The daughter of the late Ray and Dorothy Schulte, Elaine was born on June 14, 1938, in Hawthorne, California. After earning her Associate’s Degree, Elaine proudly served in the United States Air Force before working in Misawa, Japan, as a Merchandise Manager for AAFES.

In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Brehany; and brothers, Rod and Jimmy Schulte.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband, Emmett Holt; children, Timothy Michael Holt (Carla) of Bonaire; Gregory Wayne Holt (Christi) of Bonaire; William Warren Holt (Kathy) of Eastman; Emmett Webster Holt, Jr. (Tamra) of Bonaire; Phyllis Brown (Steve) of Valdosta; Debra Diane Struth (Alan) of Bonaire; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 23, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. During visitation, please wear a facial covering and practice social distancing while the family of Mrs. Holt is grieving the transition of their loved one. At the family’s request, Mrs. Holt’s funeral service will be private for immediate family only. Her final resting place will be in the Magnolia Park Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Elaine Marlyn Holt to Houston County Humane Society, 810 Carl Vinson Parkway, Centerville, Georgia 31028.
