Warner Robins – Elizabeth Jane Taylor, 73, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.
Born on February 6, 1936, in Dover, Ohio, she attended First United Methodist Church, was a member of the Wesley Sunday School Class and sang with the Morning Song choir. A licensed practical nurse for twenty-five years and also served her community as a Cub Scout Den Mother and a volunteer at Houston Medical Center. She was especially devoted to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Oath Ellsworth and Helen Irene Domer Ellsworth and sisters, June Renner and Ruth Barbee, and brother, John Ellsworth.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her sons Jeff (Marcine) Onsted, Kathleen, and Keith (Gail) Onsted, Macon; three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and Sister Barbara (Dutch) Schilling, Lancaster, California.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 24, 2009, at First United Methodist Church, Dr. Jimmy Asbell and Reverend Missy Bluementhal officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately preceding the service from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Flowers will be accepted however, the family suggests donations be made to First United Methodist Church, 205 North Davis Drive, Warner Robins, 31093.
