Elsie Coates, 78, passed away quietly in her home in May of 2022.

Elsie leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Patricia Coates-Gray of Warner Robins, GA and a son, Calvin Coates (Latashia Wyatt-Coates); siblings, Tobe Johnson Jr., Addie Johnson Ware, Elijah Johnson, and Bettye Williams Amos; and a host of loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Valerie Coates.

At the family’s request, all services will be private.
