Erman Cecil Rowell

Erman Cecil Rowell, 61, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2004. Services with Masonic Rites will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 12 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors at McCullough Funeral Home on Sunday from 7 until 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Masonic Charity Foundation, Grand Lodge, 511 Mulberry ST, Macon, GA 31201.

Born in Roberta, Mr. Rowell was a veteran of the United States Army. He was an investigator for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources from 1968 through 1981. He then owned and managed Hawkeye Pest Control until his retirement. A Mason, he was a member of the Crawford Lodge #689 in Roberta. Mr. Rowell was preceded in death by his father, William D. Rowell, and brother, Thomas Rowell.

Survivors include his wife, Dianne Rowell, Warner Robins; mother, Eva Rowell, Lizella; daughter, Robin Avery, Seattle, WA; son, Chris Rowell, Warner Robins; daughter, Marcie Cleveland, Hartwell; son, Eric J. Rowell, Warner Robins; four siblings: Dan Rowell, Eatonton; Marvin Rowell, Muzella; Ruby Horne, Lizella; and William H. Rowell, Blackshear; and five grandchildren.
