Esther C. Kelley died November 1, 2002 at the home of her daughter in Atlanta. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 4 at the Church of the Nazarene with interment following in the Parkway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Pastor David Miller will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and again from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Church of the Nazarene Building Fund.
Mrs. Kelley was born in Monroe County, Alabama. She retired in 1991 from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. Later a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Warner Robins, she had been a Charter Member of First United Methodist Church of Centerville. She was a member of the Warner Robins Business and Professional Women’s Club, the Centerville Homemaker’s Club, the American Koi Society and active in her Sunday School Class at First Church of the Nazarene in Warner Robins. She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Kelley, and her parents, Noah Samuel and Alice Lee (King) Coleman.
Survivors include her daughters, Deborah K. Caldwell, Fort Myers, FL; Gloria K. Warwick, Centreville, VA; Suzanne K. Barrie, Atlanta; brother, Harvey C. Coleman, Perry; sisters, Irene Lancaster and Juanita Ikner, AL; and grandchildren, Ryan Caldwell, Sarah Warwick, Rachel Warwick, Jessica Barrie, and Coleman Barrie.
