Eunice Vonnell Douglas

Eunice Vonnell Douglas, 84, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2006 in her home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 10, 2006 from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mrs. Douglas was born on May 27, 1921 in Emanuel County, Georgia. She was a member of Second Baptist Church. Mrs. Douglas retired from Robins Air Force Base where she was employed in civil service as a tool crib clerk. Prior to her career at Robins she worked with the Navy Ordinance during WWII. Her husband, Pharoh Douglas and her parents, Tommie and Charity Kersey preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Tommie Nell Douglas Turner, St. Louis, Missouri and Barney Douglas, Warner Robins; grandchildren Tammy Kemper, Kim Turner, Renee Suter, Cela Sullivan and Wade Douglas, sixteen great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren
