Eva Maude Mcintosh

Eva Maude Hawkins McIntosh, 84, entered into rest on Sunday, September 12, 2010.

Eva was born on May 5, 1926 in Porterdale, Georgia. A devoted homemaker and avid doll collector, she was a loyal member of Centerville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-nine years, John Alex McIntosh, Sr.; brothers, Roy O. Hawkins, and Bobby Hawkins; and parents, Roy Hawkins and Ollie Davis Hawkins.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Linda McIntosh Castle, Galesburg, Michigan; son and daughter-in-law; John McIntosh, Jr. and Linda, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Sarah and David Clayton, Emily Danger, David and Beth Castle; six great-grandchildren; sister, Mary McCart, Charleston, South Carolina; several nieces and nephews and so many other loving relatives and special friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 14, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Pastor Stephen B. Grantham officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
