Evelyn B. Thein

Evelyn B.Thein, 83, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2006. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2006, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the memorial service at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice 103 Westridge DR Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Mrs. Thein was born on July 13, 1923 in Coffeyville, Kansas. A homemaker, Evelyn worked in various jobs throughout her lifetime. She worked in property management, retail sales and retail management. She also worked for a short time in civil service at Tinker Air Force Base. Her husband, Russell Herbert Thein and her parents, Charles William Aduddell and Vesta Beulah Boyd Aduddell, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Jean Gunn (Kenneth), Centerville; Bobbie Gribel (Andrew), Bartlesville, OK; grandchildren, Wayne Russell Gribel, Scott Gribel, Patti Thompson, nine great-grandchildren and one brother, Herbert Monet Aduddell, Oklahoma City, OK.
