Fannie "Margie" Sisson, 78, passed into the loving arms of the Lord on Friday, February 27, 2015.
Margie was born on August 1, 1936 in Braselton, Georgia to the late Benjamin and Lillian Holman Little. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church for many years. Margie was a wonderful homemaker who was devoted to her husband and children. In her younger years she was an avid softball player, also she loved fishing and gardening. Margie will truly be missed by all who were blessed to know her.
Along with her parents; daughter, Patricia Ann Sisson; her siblings, Benjamin Little, Jr., Frances Poole (David), and Louise Bradley, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring husband of 61 years, Nathaniel Glynn Sisson; son, Danny Sisson (Ann) of Rural Hall, North Carolina; daughter, Evelyn Katsekis (Jimmy) of Perry; grandchildren, Kelly Munn (Aaron), David Sisson, Jennifer Hames (Jeff), Christopher Katsekis, and Alex Katsekis; 9 great grandchildren; siblings, Edwin Little (Ruby Nell), Harold Little (Villa Mae), Billy Little (Connie), Larry Little, Polly Forsyth (E.R.), Annette LaCount, Mary Ellen Wiley (Robert); brother-in-law, J.B. Bradley; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be Monday, March 2, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m.at Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
