Warner Robins – Felton Manley “Buddy” Allen, 62, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Family will greet friends after the service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the American Heart Association, Houston County Division, 134 Cherren Dale Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088 or the American Lung Association of Georgia, 2452 Spring Road, Smyrna, GA 30080.
Born in Dodge County on November 18, 1941 to the late Charlie and Eula Mae Allen, Mr. Allen was self-employed as a painter, was a veteran of the United States Army and was a counselor for troubled youth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, E.J. Allen; James Allen; and Bobby Ray Allen.
Survivors include, wife Mary Louise Allen, Warner Robins; daughters, Tracey Amerson, Hazelhurst; Rhonda McGraw, Arkansas; Vanessa Hunt, Cobbtown; Diana Spillman, Cobbtown; sisters, Tina Kinsey, Oklahoma City; B.J. Fortier, Oklahoma City; brothers, Buford Allen, Moultrie; Charlie Allen, Moultrie; Hoyt Allen (Debra), Barnesville; grandchildren, Megan and Chelsea Hunt; Ryan and Ashley McGraw; nieces, Kimberly Martin; Faye Allen; Barbara, Sandra and Vickie Allen; Theresa, Mary Kay, Jackie, Joann and Mary Ann Allen; Sherrie Allen; nephews, Larry Fortier; Andrew, Ron, Bob, David, Tim Allen, Greg Martin; great-nephews, Ashten, Brenden, Presten.
