Florine W. Lima

Florine W. Lima, 74, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2006. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Savannah, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Southside Baptist Church Building Fund 1040 S. Houston Lake RD Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Mrs. Lima was born on August 22, 1932 in Baxley, Georgia. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was formerly employed by Candler Hospital where she worked as a billing clerk. Her husband, Joseph D. Lima, parents, Burney Whitten and Ettie Nail Whitten, and siblings, Willie Minor, Terrell Whitten, Verlin Whitten, Jimmy Whitten, and Eunice Whitten, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Joe Lima (Jayne), Warner Robins; Toni Benzenhafer (Mike), Midway; Polly Farrer, Midway; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister, Colleen Stone, Baxley; and brother Johnny Whitten, Portland, OR.
