Frances Barnes Singletary, 72, entered into rest on Thursday, March 31, 2011.
Mrs. Singletary was born on December 25, 1938 in Albany, and was a member of Bonaire United Methodist Church. Frances retired from Robins Air Force Base where she was an Electronics Technician in civil service. A loving and passionate homemaker, she truly enjoyed time spent with her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Barnes and Ethel Clifford Bowen Barnes; and siblings, Irma Taylor, Norman Barnes, James Barnes, Martha Hallman, and Edna Spooner.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband, William Lamar Singletary, Warner Robins; children, Lott Singletary and his wife, Cheryl; Robert Singletary and his wife, Sharon; Gary Singletary and his wife, Tambra.; grandchildren; Jessi Sisa (Brandon), Jordan Singletary, Ethan Singletary, Macy Singletary, Hillary Singletary, Emily Singletary, and Hannah Singletary; great-grandchildren; Addison and Elijah Sisa; brother, Joe Barnes, Gray, and sister, Elaine Lindsey, Tennille.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 2, 2011, from 7: 00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at Bonaire United Methodist Church with the Reverends Jay Tucker and Bill Woodson officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family will accept friends at the residence of Lott Singletary, 136 Woodard Road, Kathleen, Georgia.
