Frances Foster

Frances Marlene Beck Foster, better known as Fran, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on September 26, 2023, in Warner Robins, Georgia, at the age of 88. Fran was born on September 9, 1935, in Atlanta, Georgia. She worked as a legal secretary for 40 years and was very dedicated to her professional work life. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading novels and contributing as a long-time member of the international women's organization "Beta Sigma Phi." She always prided herself on her independence and enjoyed the opportunities she had to take time for herself. Fran is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Eydie and Kip Gellins, grandchildren, Kacy Gellins (Lauren), Brett Gellins (Cindy), and Nikki Gellins, and her great-grandchildren: Ryan, Riley, and Gabriel Gellins, and her niece, Vicki Allen. Fran was preceded in death by her parents Leroy and Elsie Timbs Beck and her sister, Peggy Allen. As per her wishes, there will not be a service to commemorate her life; her memory will live on through all who knew her.
