Frances L. Kobylinski, 95, entered eternal rest on Friday, September 24, 2021.
Mrs. Kobylinski was born on June 4, 1926, in Macon, Georgia. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. Mrs. Kobylinski loved to travel the world with her husband and enjoyed living in many places to include, Japan, Saudi Arabi, and the Virgin Islands. In her free time, she enjoyed painting and creating beautiful works of art out of ceramics. While she was never a cook, Mrs. Kobylinski certainly enjoyed her sweets and coffee. She had a smile that could light up a room and a sense of humor that was unmatched.
Mrs. Kobylinski was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Kobylinski; parents, Lewis and Annie Gordy; brother, Lewis Edwin Gordy; and her two daughters, Barbara Cunningham and Joanne Stewart.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her grandchildren, Virginia Dyer (Nolan) of Macon; James Michael Wendler (Kim) of Kathleen; Lynn Lamontagne (Shane) of Kathleen; Paul Stewart of Warner Robins; Josh Stewart (June) of Warner Robins; 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; as well as many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation with Mrs. Kobylinski’s family will be Wednesday, September 29, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Christian Hope Church. The funeral service celebrating her life will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. Following the service, Mrs. Kobylinski will be laid to rest in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.
