Francis Janouski

December 6, 1920 — January 14, 2007

Francis Janouski, affectionately known as “Pap”, 86, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2007 after a short illness.

Mr. Janouski was born on December 6, 1920 in Larksville, Pennsylvania. Formerly of Larksville and Middletown, PA, he had lived in Warner Robins since 1965. A WWII veteran, he served three years in the United States Navy. After twenty five years in civil service at Olmstead Air Force Base he transferred to Robins Air Force Base, retiring in 1977 as a production scheduler. He was a long-time member of Moose Lodge #410 in Middletown, PA. His loving wife of 55 years, Lois Douglass Janouski, daughter of the late Francis and Ethyl Douglass, of Middletown, PA, and his parents, Adam and Hattie Janouski, all preceded him in death.

Survivors include his three sons, Michael A. Janouski (Jean), Idaho Falls, Idaho; Frank T. Janouski, Warner Robins; Steven D. Janouski (Laurie), Warner Robins; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2007 in Middletown Cemetery.
