Frankie Lee Young, 81, entered into Heaven on Friday, April 8, 2016.
Frankie Lee was born on April 30, 1934 in Cedar Grove, Georgia to the late Frank and Belle Purvis. She attended Faith Baptist Church in Byron. Frankie Lee was employed by Krispy Kreme Donuts as a manager for the Warner Robins and Macon office. She loved fellowshipping with others at the local soup kitchens. Frankie Lee also enjoyed dirt track racing, she was a major Bill Elliott fan. She also loved flowers and spending time with her beloved family.
Along with her parents, her husband, John C. Young and her sisters, Audrey Todd and Delores Baggett, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Mary Y Herndon (Tommy) of Eatonton; John Allen Young (Micky) of Warner Robins; Michael Jason Young of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Kathy Michelle Harbin (Joey), Ray Herndon (Lacey), Jennifer Goodman (Steven), Allison Young, Michelle Jasmine Young, Madison Lee Young, Karley Marie Young; 7 great grandchildren; and sisters, Marion Townsend of Wilmington, Delaware and Roberta Jones of Cedar Grove, Georgia.
Visitation with Frankie Lee's family will be Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 11, 2016 in the Chapel of McCullough. Following the service, Mrs. Young will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Mrs. Young's family will meet at Warner Robins First Church of the Nazarene, 300 Lois Drive, after the burial.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Frankie "Frannie" Young to Pruitt Health Hospice, 6060 Lakeside Commons Drive, Macon, Ga. 31210.
