A beloved Middle Georgia native, Frankie Thomas “Tommy” Sorrow, Jr., 58, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025.
Born on January 18, 1967, in Macon, Tommy was the son of Frankie Thomas Sorrow, Sr. and the late Kay Evans Sorrow. A proud graduate of Southwest High School, he went on to dedicate 15 years of service to his community with the United Parcel Service.
Tommy was known for his loving, caring, and selfless nature. He was a devoted family man who found his greatest joy in spending time with his grandchildren. Tommy was also a talented softball player.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, LaDonna McGlon Sorrow of Warner Robins; sons, Tyler and Zachary Sorrow, Chandler McGlon; daughter, Holli McGlon; along with his granddaughters, Kenley Johnson, Avalynn McGlon, and soon to be Aria Elizabeth McGlon; father, Frankie Sorrow; brother, Ricky, and sister, Angel.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Frankie Thomas “Tommy” Sorrow, Jr. will be laid to rest privately.
