Gary William "Billy" Shave, Jr.

Thirty-eight year old Billy Shave was called to Heaven on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. He was born in Warner Robins, Georgia on January 25, 1978. Billy was a lifelong resident of Warner Robins and a member of Northside High School's Class of 1996. After High School he attended IntelliTec College in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he received his Associates Degree in Electronics. With great pride and honor he enlisted in the Georgia Army National Guard as part of the Co B, 1/121 INF, 48th BCT Unit, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Billy was also currently a Material Expeditor at Robins Air Force Base. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and kayaking with his daughter on the river, and anything that involved spending time with his beloved family and friends.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Kierra Grace Shave, Camden William Shave, Kinsley Reese Martin; parents, Gary William Shave, Sr. and Shirley Shave of Bonaire; siblings, Samantha Shave Patterson (Russ) of Marietta; Brandy Shave Farrell (Scott) of Kathleen; nieces and nephews, Jake, Jackson, and Cael Farrell, Sarah Jane and Chase Patterson; and grandmother, Jo M. Davis of Warner Robins.

Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Southside Baptist Church. Following the service, Billy will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery, with full military honors.
