Geneva Oliver

Geneva Oliver, 84, entered into rest on Friday, May 26, 2023.

Geneva was born on July 7, 1938, in McRae, Georgia to the late Robert Lee and Hattie Mae James. She was a hard worker and a loving, caring mom who will be dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, Geneva was preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Lee James, and Everdee James.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Renee Chinnery and Tyrone Oliver (Stephanie); grandchildren, Jasmine Symone Chinnery, Evan Jeremiah Oliver, and Michael Tyrone Oliver; siblings, Etta Doris Jackson, Marietta James, Tommy Lee James, and Robert Lee James; along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A special thanks to The Lodge Nursing Home for their continued loving care, compassion, and support. The love shown will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterward, Geneva will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
