George Collis Cannon, Jr.

George Cannon, Jr., 44, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.

George was born on August 4, 1972 in Warner Robins, Georgia and was of the Baptist faith. He was a lifelong resident of Houston County and attended Perry High School. Working on computers and cooking were two of his favorite pastimes. George will always be remembered for his kind and loving heart, and for the goodness he showed to each and every person he knew and met.

His parents, Pete and Sara Putman Cannon preceded him in death.

George's memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Maria Cannon, children, Kara and Sean Cannon, granddaughter, Adrienne Cannon, sister, Valerie Cannon Maddox, nephews and niece, Tyler, Trey, and Taylor Maddox, three great-nieces, and stepchildren, Brittany Buzzard and Beau and Christopher Howard, all of Warner Robins.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 18th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
