George E. Glass

George Glass, 82, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2006. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice 103 Westridge Drive Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.

Mr. Glass was born on December 6, 1923 in Clinton, IN. He was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during WWII. He also retired from Robins Air Force Base civil service where he worked as an electronics technician. He was an avid golfer. His son, George Harmon and his parents, George H. Glass and Mary Anna Butcher Pulheir, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Erma Hightshoe Glass, Warner Robins; children, Connie (James) Nicholson, Iowa Park, Texas; Bonnie Ward, Lafayette, LA; Danny (Dosta) Glass, Pascagoula, Mississippi; nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
