George W. ''Bill'' Williams

Bill Williams, 78, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2004 at his residence. Services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, March 17, at Green Acres Baptist Church with internment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 16, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at McCullough Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Mr. Williams was born April 1, 1925 in Stephens County, GA. He was the son of the late George W. Williams, Sr. and Pearl Duval Williams. Mr. Williams was retired from Civil Service having worked at Robins Air Force Base as a Computer Analyst. He was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church, a Sunday School teacher of the OMBC, as well as a Deacon. He was a member of the Warner Robins Tyrian Lodge. Preceding him in death were his sisters, Vera Turner and Lottie Stowe; brother John Williams; brother-in-law, Boyd Harrison; and sister-in-law, Catherine Burgess.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline Williams, Warner Robins; sister, Doris Pritchett, Cleveland, GA; sister-in-law, Judy Williams, Eastanollee, GA; sister-in-law, Nettie Harrison, Summerville, SC; and several nieces and nephews
