Gladys M. Pacosa

Gladys M. Pacosa, 85, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at Houston Medical Center. Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15 with visitation with the family to follow. The Funeral Mass will be Friday, December 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Warner Robins. Fr. Fred Nijem will officiate. Burial will be in Easthampton, MA.

Mrs. Pacosa was born in Easthampton, MA, October 11, 1919. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warner Robins and in Easthampton. She worked at Hampton Mills, Smith College, and for Dr. Lizotte before retiring from the city of Easthampton, Board of Public Works in 1981. Her parents, Eleanor and Peter Kaprasiewski; husband, John Pacosa; sisters, Estelle Pellegrino, Grace Cherlack, Sophie Carrier; and brother, Joseph Kaprasiewski preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John and Anne Pacosa; grandson, Josh Pacosa, Warner Robins, GA; sister-in-law, Millie Twarog, Hoyoke, MA; brother-in-law, Walter Pacosa, Wilbraham, MA, and many nieces and nephews.
