Gregory A. Hart

Gregory A. Hart, 67, entered into rest on Saturday, April 30, 2016.

Greg was born on August 24, 1948 in Akron, Iowa to the late Wesley and Mary Jane Hart. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Air Force, having fought during Desert Storm. Following his retirement he spent twenty years as a machinist at L.H. Thomson. Greg loved to hunt and fish and spent many years coaching baseball for his son.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of forty-five years, Caroline Ann Hart; son, Ben Hart (Holly) of Perry; siblings, Suzanne Hart of Sanford, North Carolina and Chuck Hart of Naples, Florida.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 1, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2016, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. There will be a private burial with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Gregory A. Hart to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Suite A, Macon, Georgia 31201 or the Houston County Humane Society, 810 Carl Vinson Parkway, Centerville, Georgia 31028.
