Helen Grace Melvin Haught, 82, entered into rest on Sunday, June 27 2010.
Mrs. Haught was born on June 16, 1928, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She retired from Belk's as a sales associate and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Haught; parents, Albert J. Melvin and Lola A. Godwin Melvin; grandson, Paul J. Morgan; and five siblings.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Sharon L. Morgan, Warner Robins; son, Walter B. Haught, and daughter-in-law, Mila Haught, both of Port Orange, Florida; granddaughters, Michell Garcia, Port Orange, and Staci Levan, Warner Robins; grandson-in-law, Craig Levan, Warner Robins; great-grandsons, Brenden Lindelow and Hunter Lindelow, both of Warner Robins; and sister, Catherine McLaurin, Fayetteville.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 1, 2010, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Charles Nall and Chaplain Michael Rodgers officiating. Interment will be on July 27, 2010, at Lafayette Memorial Cemetery in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Suite A, Macon GA 31201 or to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins GA 31088.
