Hilary Ann Rainey Williams

Hilary Ann Rainey Williams, 55, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022. Born in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of Robert Raney and the late Sharlotte Arnold Raney and the wife of Richard "Keith" Williams. She was employed with the US Postal Service for 31 years, where she last served as acting Postmaster in Laurens. Hilary was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church and a member of the choir.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by five children, Kailey (Harold) Cash, Mitchell (Alysia) Smith, Nathaniel Smith, Amber (Chase) Harrison and Allison Williams; two brothers, Robert (Diane) Rainey, Jr. and Mark (Stacey) Rainey; and eight grandchildren, Cadence Cash, Caedmon Harrison, Finley Harrison, Nora Harrison, Elijah Smith, Carter Cash, Jonah Smith and soon to be, Charlotte Smith.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Stribling Funeral Home in Duncan, SC. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Duncan with Rev. Joey Burnett officiating. The family will also recieve friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at McCullough Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest following the visitation at 3:30 pm in Magnolia Park in Warner Robins, GA.

Memorials may be given in memory of Hilary to Traditions Health Hospice Grant Program, 115 Southport Road, Unit 1, Spartanburg SC 29306.
