Homer Smith

Homer Smith, 76, entered into rest on Sunday, July 26, 2009.

With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Smith retired from Robins Air Force Base as an aircraft mechanic after forty- two years of faithful service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gun collecting and photography as his hobbies. His parents, Glen Homer Smith and Reba Lucille Smith preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of fifty -four years, Nell Smith; Warner Robins; children, Ricky Smith (Kim), Warner Robins; Debra Lucas (Randall), Ft. Valley and Tina Orr (Mike), Warner Robins; grandchildren, Lindsay and Zach Lucas, and Nicholas Orr.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 30, 2009, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
