Ja Nette Lynn Warrell, 56, entered into rest on Monday, July 15, 2024.
Ja Nette was born on August 31, 1967, in Fairbury, Nebraska to the late Gerald and Karrie Warrell. For over three decades, she devoted herself to serving others as a Paramedic with Houston Healthcare, where her dedication and compassion touched countless lives. Ja Nette found true fulfillment in her work and cherished the friendships she forged along the way. Her coworkers were often treated to her culinary talents as her love for cooking brought everyone together.
Best described as fiercely independent, she had a variety of interests and hobbies that reflected her tenacity. She adored her horses and her three-legged German Shepherd, Chief. Always on the go, she found joy in camping trips, beach outings, and treating herself to impeccably manicured nails — always embracing life with style and grace.
In addition to her parents, Ja Nette was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Warrell, and nephew, Ethane Craft.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her sister, Toniese Craft (David) of Decatur, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Corey Craft (Melani) of Loudon, Tennessee, Alicia Kovac of Decatur, Tennessee, Kailei Faglier (Josh) of Kennesaw, Georgia, Erekose Craft (Morgan) of Vancouver, Washington, Jasmine Bailey (Logan), Cheyenne Warrell, and Chase Warrell, all of Panama City, Florida, along with several cousins and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. At the family’s request, please come in casual dress.
