Mr. Windsor was born in Blakely, Georgia.He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Army and was retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base.He was a member of the Masons, the Senior Citizens Club of Warner Robins and Shirley Hills Baptist Church. His parents, Andrew and Mattie Mae Windsor, preceded him in death.
His daughter, Joyce M. Windsor, of Merritt Island, Florida, survives him.
