Jack Kedrick Jones

Jack Jones, 19, entered into rest on Thursday, June 27, 2019. Jack was born on July 15, 1999, in Milledgeville, Georgia. He was his mama’s boy, his big brother’s best friend, and loved his daddy’s kisses. Jack adored hearing his family’s voices and would listen for hours as they talked to him. He had an enormous, contagious smile that never seemed to cease. Jack enjoyed going to the lake lot and going camping, listening to country music and to his favorite movie, Cars. He will always be his family’s “Miracle Baby” and dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Jack was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jack Wilbanks.

His memory will forever be treasured by his parents, Kelley DeWayne Jones and Jennifer Michelle Wilbanks; brother, Edward DeWayne Jones; grandparents, Judy Wilbanks, Lawson Wells, and June Chappell; aunts and uncles, Juanita and Lee Barfield, Lamar Jones, and Wanda Jones; cousins, Maya, Kelly, Lamariez, Shan, Jalen, and Angel Jones, Crystal, and C.J. Barfield.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to a fund benefiting Jack Jones’ family. These gifts can be made payable to McCullough Funeral Home with “Jack Kendrick Jones’ Memorial Fund’ written in the memo line.
