Jackie Raye Evans

Jackie Raye Evans, 57, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.

Jackie was born on September 28, 1956 in Macon, Georgia and was of the Baptist faith. He retired after many years of Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. Jackie loved semi-trucks, cars and watching ''Family Guy.'' He will always be remembered as a fun-loving and committed father, doting grandfather, and loyal brother and friend to many.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Jeffrey Evans (Denise), Warner Robins, Georgia and Crystal Johnson (Chad), Byron, Georgia; stepson, Phillip Astumian, Bakersfield, California; grandchildren, Halie, Sutton, Jayden, Ryan, Alyssa, Brittney, Gabriel, Kameron, and Lola; brothers, Rusty, Kenny, David and Andy Evans; and a host of loving nieces and nephews. Jackie's beloved wife, Patty Evans; and parents, Johnny B. and Shirley Mathis Evans, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 22, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
