James Arn Matthews

James Arn Matthews, 38, entered into rest on August 25, 2011.

Arn, born September 1, 1972 in Macon, had previously worked in construction. He loved NASCAR racing, baseball and playing guitar. His father, James P. Matthews, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Kippie Roberts Matthews; children, Mason Clay and Kaylie Matthews, Ashley Crabb; grandson, Cameron Rench; siblings, Michele and Dag A. Matthews; mother, Rowena Poole Shadburn; step-father, Art Shadburn; one niece and several nephews, all of Macon.

Visitation will be Monday, August 29, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens.
