On the morning of Saturday, November 4, 2017, Bobby Hodges, 71, went to be with his Lord and Savior.
Bobby was born on July 19, 1946 in Pitt County, North Carolina to the late James “Dick” and Louise Wilson Hodges. With great pride and honor, he served in the United States Air Force for four years. In 2006, Bobby retired from Metrics Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmacy Lab Technician. The same year, he and his loving wife, Linda moved to Warner Robins to be closer to their beloved family. Bobby loved spending time outdoors, especially walking and fishing. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife of 51 years, Linda Hudson Hodges; daughters, Andrea Hodges of Bonaire; Leigh Ann Gates (John) of Warner Robins; grandsons, Joshua and Aaron, and granddaughter, Taylor.
Visitation will be Monday, November 6, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Magnolia Park Cemetery where Bobby will be laid to rest with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of James “Bobby” Hodges, III to Serenity Hospice Care, 1057 North Houston Road, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
