James Clayton "Jamie" Mcelmurray

Jamie McElmurray, employee of Cascade Corporation, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the age of 36. He was born in Warner Robins, on October 31, 1984, the son of James McElmurray and Lee Kadan. Jamie will be remembered by his family and friends for his love of fishing, shooting pool, playing hockey and video games, skating, and RC cars. He loved cooking on the grill and hanging out with family and friends. Jamie loved each of them with all of his heart, and enjoyed spending time with them as often as possible. He always looked forward to family events where all of the kids gravitated to him; he had a special way with children. In addition, he was an avid Georgia Football fan and dog lover.

To cherish his memory, Jamie leaves his loving mother and stepfather, Lee and Adam Kadan; father, James McElmurray; sister and brother-in-law, Tabitha and Landon Tyus; grandparents, Larry and Lynne Kadan; niece, Lila Tyus; girlfriend, Jamie Moates; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, August 20, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest with a graveside funeral service in Magnolia Park Cemetery on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
