MSGT. James Edward Hall, USAF (Ret.)
Warner Robins –James Hall, 84, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
James was born on February 20, 1934 in Roxboro, North Carolina to the late John Ramsey Hall and Ethel Missouri Hall. A proud United States Air Force Veteran, he honorably served his country during the Vietnam War as part of the Strategic Air Command (SAC) – 19th Bomb Wing. James retired after over 20 years of service as a Master Sergeant. Later, he worked in civil service at Robins Air Force base as a fabricator, mechanic, and sheet metal technician for the C-130’s until his retirement. He was a member of the Tyrian #111 Masonic Lodge in Warner Robins, Georgia. James favorite pastimes included baseball, racing and most importantly being referred to as “Pops” by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his loving wife, Catherine Lee Davis Hall of Warner Robins.
James memory will forever be treasured by his brother, John Ramsey Hall Jr.; children, Dr. Mike Hall (Linda) of Warner Robins, John Hall (Stephanie) of Warner Robins, Brenda Hall (Rick); grandchildren, Christopher Hall, Candice Hall, Andrew Hall, Kimberly Hall, and Brandi Hall; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Friday, October 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. After the service, James will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery with full Military and Masonic honors.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of James Edward Hall to the Al – Sihah Shriners Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 3147, Macon, GA 31206.
McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. Hall’s arrangements.
