James Everett Baird

James Everett Baird, 62, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.

Mr. Baird was born on August 9, 1952, in Titusville, Pennsylvania to the late Harold William and Lois Davis Baird. After graduating from high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Most recently, he was employed in the dairy section of Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road in Macon. James was of the Presbyterian faith.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughters Christina Baird and Jennifer Baird, both of Louisiana; sisters Judi Robinson of Maryland, Jane Tomberlin of Florida and Alice Foster of Jacksonville, Florida; granddaughters Mackenzie Wiggins and Alexia Wiggins; lifelong friend Lorraine Pfeiffer of Byron; and step-sons Kerwin Smith of Texas and Konley Smith of Louisiana.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at 224 Bayberry Drive in Byron, Georgia. Interment will be private at a later date.
