James Everett Lambert

March 17, 1942 — February 24, 2007

James “Jimmy” Lambert, 64, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2007. Mr. Lambert was born on March 17, 1942 in Newnan, Georgia. He was a member of Second Baptist Church and the Kindred Spirit Sunday School Class. His father, Dan Reynolds, preceded him in death.

Mr. Lambert graduated from Warner Robins High School, class of 1961. He retired from Civil Service in 1993 and was the director of the Second Baptist Golf League.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Lambert, Warner Robins; sons, James “Little
Jimmy” Lambert (Michelle), Bonaire; Jason Michael Lambert, Atlanta; step-daughter Tonya Michelle Grantham, Macon; step-son, Wesley Christopher Grantham, Macon; grandson, James Hayden Lambert, Bonaire; granddaughter, Sydney Nichol Lambert, Bonaire; mother, Sara Reynolds, Warner Robins; sister, Lynda Sanders (Hoyt); brothers Johnny Reynolds (Nancy) and Danny Reynolds (Laurie) Warner Robins.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at Second Baptist Church, with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Second Baptist Church Building Fund, 2504 Moody Rd., Warner Robins, GA, 31088 or to the American Diabetes Assoc., Georgia Affiliate, One Corporate Square Atlanta, GA 30329.
