Born on June 21, 1957 in Elkhart, Indiana, Mr. Phoebus was formerly employed by Avis Car Rental.

He will live on in the hearts of his parents, Richard Lee Phoebus and Rose Lee Phoebus, Warner Robins; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Bruce Hullett, Warner Robins; and nephews, Evan and Cameron Hullett.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association, 17 Executive Park Drive, Atlanta GA 30329.
