On Monday, March 29, 2021, Janice P. Saunderlin passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband by her side.
Born on January 7, 1947, in Salem, New Jersey, Mrs. Saunderlin was the daughter of the late George and Bertice Newkirk Pappas. In 1965, she proudly graduated from Salem High School. A compassionate caretaker, Mrs. Saunderlin worked for several years as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Salem County Nursing Home before serving as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). She was passionate about fishing and gardening in her spare time and enjoyed taking trips to the beach with her family.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring husband of 53 years, Walter F. Saunderlin, Jr.; children, Debbie Dewald (Jeff) of Macon; Wendy Holmes of Cape Coral, Florida; and Sheri Vandenbraak (Robbie) of Wilmington, Delaware; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Joanne Haines of Woolwich Township, New Jersey; as well as several nieces and nephews.
At the family’s request, all services will be private.
