Warner Robins – Jean Marie Lucius, 98, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2010.
Mrs. Lucius was born in Chicago, Illinois, on September 24, 1912. She lived most of her life in Illinois, retired to Bluff Park, Alabama, and later moved to Macon where she could be close to family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Her husband, Anthony P. Lucius and son, Anthony C. Lucius, preceded her in death.
She will forever be treasured by her loving grandchildren, Terry Bell (Ken), Pelham, Alabama; Tony Lucius (Sarah), Macon; Karol Bickett, Tallahassee, Florida; Sandra Dorcas (Bill), Simpsonville, South Carolina; Mary Coffee (Mark), Byron; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; her faithful caregiver, Melba Lucius, Warner Robins; and many other family.
A Rosary will be held Wednesday November 3, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home, with visitation following until 9:00 p.m. A funeral liturgy will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday November 4, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Monsignor Fred Nijem officiating. Interment will follow in Chicago, Illinois, at Saint Casimir Lithuanian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Vista Care Hospice, 319 Margie Drive, Warner Robins GA. 31088 or Building Fund @ Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 251 S. Davis Drive, Warner Robins GA.
