Jeanette W. Wynn walked into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on the evening of Thursday, October 12, 2017. She was 84.
Mrs. Wynn was born on July 30, 1933, in Dexter, Georgia to the late Clarence W. and Eva Barron Wall. A devout woman of Christian faith, Mrs. Wynn lived her life as a witness for her Lord. Mrs. Wynn was a longtime faithful member of Green Acres Baptist Church in Warner Robins where she was extremely active in the bus ministry and had reached out to nearly every street in Warner Robins. She loved to worship through singing in the choir and was a long-time Sunday School teacher as well. She later attended First Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Georgia and was most recently a member of Clairmont Hills Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia. Gardening and tending to her plants with her green thumb was a favorite pastime, but her family’s best memories of her center around her wonderful cooking. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family with all her heart and made them her top priority. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, George Edmond Wynn and her brothers, Fred Wall and Doyle Wall.
Mrs. Wynn’s memory will forever be treasured by her children, Glen Wilkes of Roberta, Randall Wilkes of Warner Robins, Jenny Wynn Burk (Mike) of Johns Creek, and Jerilyn Wynn Steinberg (Matthew) of Decatur; her stepchildren, Randolph Wynn, Sr. (Linda) and Ronald Wynn (Trisha), both of Warner Robins; her grandchildren, Angie Wilkes Rogo, Brandi Wilkes, Autumn Wilkes, Glen Wilkes, Jr., Elizabeth Wilkes, Brandon Wilkes, Randall Wilkes, Jr., Jesse Wilkes, Candace Perry, Chandler Mauldin, Abigail Steinberg, and Savannah Steinberg; 22 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Nell Gay.

Friends are invited to a reception in The Farmhouse following the visitation.
