Jerry Dinkins, Iii

Jerry Dinkins, 70, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Bolingreen Health and Rehabilitation.

Jerry was born on November 02, 1948 in Warner Robins, Georgia to the late Jerry Dinkins, Jr. and Annie Laura Jackson Dinkins. He worked as a Sheet Rock Specialist for several years until his retirement. Jerry was a true provider and always went above and beyond to meet his family’s needs. He was a true comedian and his sons follow close in his footsteps. His favorite pastimes included, eating ice cream out of the tub while watching horror films, building model cars, always washing his car, reading the newspaper, and most of all fishing and hunting.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his siblings, R.C. Dinkins, and Barbara Jackson.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Neomia Dinkins; children, Corey Dinkins (Ann), Jerry Sean Dinkins (Kimberly), Lance Dinkins (Rhonda); grandchildren, Christopher, LaMarcus, Edward, Morgan, Avery, Darius, Annihas, Saquoia, Sean, Togie, Mariah, Alivia, Tynia, Isaiah, Lanaya, Aubri, Ashton, Airon; eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Dianne Allen (Sammie), J.C. Dinkins (Francesca), and Sammie Dinkins; brother-in-law, Willie Fred Jackson; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Mr. Dinkins to the Jerry Dinkins, III memorial fund at McCullough Funeral Home, 417 South Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. Dinkins’ arrangements.
