Jerry W. Davidson

Jerry W. Davidson, 58, entered into rest on Sunday, March 6, 2011.

Jerry was born on November 29, 1952 in Nashville, Tennessee. With pride and honor, Jerry was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Vietnam era. Jerry began employment with Houston Medical Center in 1982, and later transferred to Perry Hospital where he worked as Director of Engineering. He was of the Baptist faith. His parents, Leon Brown Davidson, Jr. and Jo Helen Ramsey Mayes, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife, Debra Jean Davidson, Kathleen; children, Bryan Wayne Davidson and his wife, Rachel, Hendersonville, Tennessee; Jason Lee Davidson and his wife, Patricia, Bonaire; seven grandchildren, Shelbie Davidson, Summitt Davidson, Aubrey Davidson, Olivia Davidson, Hannah Evans, Addison Davidson, and Rylee Davidson; siblings, Deborah Newbern, Ronald Mayes, and Bobby Mayes, all of Greenbriar, Tennessee; and step father, E.W. Mayes.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, in Andersonville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
