Jesse Glen Williamson, Jr.

Warner Robins, GA – Senior Airman Jesse Glen Williamson, Jr., 24, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2004 at the Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, GA. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. in the Robins AFB Chapel. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home in Warner Robins and Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. in Jacksonville, Florida at the Hardage Giddens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 28 at the Hardage Giddens Funeral Home with internment following in Green Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Feed the Children, PO Box 36, Oklahoma City, OK 73101-0036.

Senior Airman Williamson was born in San Diego, CA and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, FL in 1999. He was an interior electrician for the United States Air Force. He had recently served for three months in the Robins AFB Honor Guard. He also served as a First Aid Instructor and as Coordinator for Airman Against Drunk Driving.

Senior Airman Williamson had recently begun working on a college degree at Georgia Military College, where he planned on majoring in electrical engineering. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Young Married Couples Sunday School Class.

Survivors include his, wife, Javonna L. Williamson, Warner Robins; children, Jasmine, Austin and Jaiden Williamson, Warner Robins; father, Jesse Glen Williamson, Sr., Jacksonville, FL; mother and step-father, Florita and Gary Beckenbaugh, Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Irene Andrew, Farmington Hills, MI, Elizabeth Paprukilo, Jacksonville, FL, Maria Glover, Jacksonville, FL, Florita Snyder, Jacksonville, FL.
