Jessica Dawn Costigan Watters

Our beautiful wife, mother, daughter, sister and sister-in-law, Jessica Dawn Costigan Watters, passed away in the late hours of Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was born on base at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the daughter of Joe Costigan and Hildina Barlea Maynard. A Civil Servant at Robins Air Force Base, Jessica loved all things outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Spending time with her family was where she was happiest.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband and son, Adrian and Caleb Watters; father, Joe Costigan; mother and stepfather, Hildina and David Maynard; sister, Leslie Costigan; brothers, Michael Costigan and Brady Costigan; parents-in-law, James Edward and Shirley Watters; brother-in-law, André Watters (Stephanie); sister-in-law, Jasmine Watters; and nieces and nephews, Ryan, Katlyn, Amora, Exavier, and Willow Costigan, Stella Watters, Talon Ebright, and Neveah and Maylani Watters.

Jessica’s family will receive friends on Friday, May 14, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, with Mr. Curtis A. Jennings officiating.
