Jessie E. Watson

Jessie E. Watson, 81, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 19, 2008.

Mr. Watson was born on July 9, 1927, in Brooks County, Georgia. An avid fisherman, he had been in the transportation business since 1960 and was a self-employed owner of a trucking company. He attended Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Warner Robins. His daughter, Becky Fambro, and parents, Jessie T. Watson and Gussie B. Williams Watson, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Judy G. Watson; children, Tommy Watson (Kathy), Moultrie, Sandy and Steve Apperson, Moultrie; Shelah Farlett (Ronnie), Byron; Jessica L. Watson, Byron; Robert Farley (Cindy), Hampton; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, November 21, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Pastor David Brighton officiating. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
