Byron – Jimmy Jenkins, 75, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2005 at Houston Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 28, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 27 at McCullough Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association, Georgia Affiliates, 363 Pierce Ave., Macon, GA 31204.

Mr. Jenkins was born April 11, 1929 in Macon, Georgia. He was a member of Houston Heights Baptist Church. A master of all trades, Mr. Jenkins was retired from the Macon Housing Authority where he worked as a mechanic and carpenter. Preceding him in death were parents, Mr. & Mrs. Howard Jenkins.

Survivors include, daughters, Sandra Cox (Gene), Lizella; Annell Nelson (Don), Ft. Pierce, Florida; Cheryl Jones, Warner Robins; and Cindy Cunnigham (Wayne), Ft. Valley; grandchildren, Shawn Cox, Jason Cox, Lisa DeLoach, Melissa Jones, Heather Cunningham and Justin Cunningham; great-grandchildren, Tucker Cox and Sydney Cox.
