Jo Thigpen

Warner Robins – Jo Thigpen, 54, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2005 in Atlanta. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at Centerville Baptist Church with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2005 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thigpen was born on December 19, 1950 in Savannah, Georgia. She was of Baptist faith. Mrs. Thigpen graduated from Savannah High School and continued on to graduate from Middle Georgia Technical School as a nurse. She was employed by the Houston Medical Center. Her parents, Ernest and Ollie Jones, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, John Thigpen, Warner Robins; daughter, Jennifer Williams (Jody), Lizella; sons, Christopher Thigpen (Ashley), Cochran; Jeffery Thigpen, Warner Robins; brother, Dick Jones, Savannah; grandchildren, Caroline Williams and expecting grandchild, Kylie Thigpen.
