John Calvin Marchman

John Calvin Marchman, 69, entered into rest on Saturday, March 12, 2011.

Mr. Marchman was born on September 20, 1941 in Vienna, Georgia. He was of the Baptist faith. John was employed with Eastern Airlines for twenty years as a lead sheet metal mechanic. Subsequent to his career at Eastern Airlines, he retired from Robins Air Force Base where he worked in civil service. His parents, Calvin Marchman and Thelma Coleman Marchman, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of forty eight years, Hazel Christine Marchman; son, Michael William Marchman, Warner Robins; brother, Jimmy R. Marchman, Warner Robins; sister, Barbara Marchman Derr, and her husband Wayne; Bonaire.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening, March 15, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Mike Slade officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
